WHO I AM

I'm Ethan, a mountain boy  from a small village in Fujian, China.

As a child, I often sat on the ridges of rice fields, gazing at the distant mountains and wondering what lay beyond them. Later, I left my village, graduated from university, and built a life in the city. Everyone thought I had finally "escaped" that land.

Yet, the farther I went, the clearer it became—my roots remained deep in those mountains. There, the ancestral home still stands, the fragrance of tea lingers in the air, artisans craft Jian Zhan teacups in fiery kilns, and agarwood smoke curls upward... These are not just crafts, but memories flowing in my blood.

So, I returned.

This time, not as a passerby, but as a voice for my homeland. I founded Daoteaharmony—not only to share authentic teas, handcrafted teaware, and the art of centuries-old incense, but also to tell the stories hidden in these mountains:

How tea leaves awaken in the morning mist?
